I was not able to retrieve the PDF after downloading the OVA file. Now they won’t refund the price. Terrible experience.

It's a huge amount of pages. I think it is a good deal. $70.00 for more than 31000 pages of information.
Can i get it on a cd? It would be much easier than trying to download it and using up all the space on my laptop.
